DO I NEED A VALID VAT NUMBER FOR EUROPEAN DELIVERY?
Yes, our quoted prices do not cover any VAT. We need to verify your given VAT number during order placement to clear the surcharge. If not, we would ask you to add the captioned VAT amount according to your country of delivery in Europe before proceeding to payment.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR COURIER CHARGE?
Yes, our quoted prices do not cover any courier charge. There is a standard rate applied to each country based on per carton basis, i.e. if shipped to a specific country is 10 Euro per box, you need to pay for 50 Euro for 5 boxes. We would let you know the captioned courier charge upon order placement.
DO I NEED TO ORDER THE WHOLE BOX?
Yes, our quoted prices are per carton basis to offer the best value.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR VAT FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE?
No, but we would cross-check if VAT is really not applicable to your country of delivery upon order placement. And before that we would have confirmed with you if the additional courier charge would be accepted because a different means of courier service would be used outside Europe.
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANY PRODUCT SAFETY ISSUE?
No, all products are coming from socially responsible factories and we have employed world-recognized third-party laboratory to conduct relevant safety tests in accordance with European and worldwide safety standards from samples in mass production.
DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME FOR DELIVERY?
For European delivery, we would arrange delivery upon payment confirmation and under normal circumstances the goods would be arriving less than 2 weeks. Exceptional cases would be communicated with individual customers separately upon receipt of the latest information.
DO I NEED TO BUY WOOD STANDS SEPARATELY IF INTERESTED?
Yes, all pet bowls are not coming with wood stands and you have to buy them separately. Just check out the "Wood Stand Pairing" session at the bottom right-hand-side when you click into the product icon for more product information. For small, medium and large sizes, wood stands are sold separately in one carton whilst extra small and extra large sizes are sold together in one carton (to maximize the use of space and reduce ocean freight/transportation cost).
DO I NEED TO REPORT AS SOON AS DEFECTIVE GOODS ARE RECEIVED?
